The Copy Converts

A couple weeks ago and as a lead-up to the official launch, we conducted a 'soft launch' to our list only. We kept it small to test both our sales page and order sequence. The launch came off without a hitch and BlogProfitz began converting at 1/42. This was solid, but not what we wanted. So, with a few tweaks to the site's headline and text, we dropped conversions down to a whopping 1/22.

And keep in mind, this launch followed a barrage of emails to our list, had they been better primed and a little fresher, conversions would have come in even lower.
